Welcome to Whimsically Inspired. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

All products sold by Whimsically Inspired are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in wood grain, color, and engraving. These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update product offerings, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
     
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
     
  • Custom and personalized orders begin production only after payment is received
     

Custom & Personalized Items

By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

  • All personalization details (names, spelling, dates, text) are correct
     
  • You approve the layout and understand that personalized items cannot be changed once production begins
     

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.


Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this site are the property of Whimsically Inspired and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.


Limitation of Liability

Whimsically Inspired is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products or delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return and Refund Policy

Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, we kindly ask that you review this policy before purchasing.


Custom & Personalized Items

❌ All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Personalized signs
     
  • Custom hats
     
  • Engraved coasters
     
  • Milestone markers with custom text
     

Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
     
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
     
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
     

Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
     
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
     

We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started
     
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible

At Whimsically Inspired, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for a limited time.


Processing Time

Because our items are handcrafted, please allow the following processing times before shipment:

  • Non-custom items: 3–5 business days
     
  • Custom and personalized items: 7–14 business days
     

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Free Shipping (Limited Time Offer)

  • Free standard shipping is included on all U.S. orders
     
  • No minimum purchase required
     
  • Shipping method is selected at our discretion to ensure safe delivery
     

Free shipping is a promotional offer and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.


Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Delays

Whimsically Inspired is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
     
  • Carrier delays
     
  • High shipping volumes
     
  • Circumstances beyond our control
     

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Whimsically Inspired is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
